Job Title: Business Consulting Intern
Job Scope:
As a Business Consulting Intern, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, supporting various strategic, marketing, and operational initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development, client management, and corporate finance, with a focus on professional growth and learning. You will work closely with business directors and senior professionals, gaining a deep understanding of the consulting industry and beyond.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing Initiatives & Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including content creation, digital marketing, and promotional activities aimed at expanding the company's presence and attracting new business.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute client-facing events, workshops, and webinars, enhancing business relationships and promoting the firm's services.
- Business Development Support: Work alongside business directors to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and prepare materials for client meetings and proposals.
- Review of Business Agreements: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing business agreements, contracts, and proposals. You'll learn key aspects of contractual negotiations and legal terms.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development: Contribute to documenting and establishing standard operating procedures to improve business operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Client Relationship Management: Support client engagement activities, track client feedback, and help deliver high-quality service, contributing to the overall client experience.
- Strategic Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in internal workflows, supporting overall efficiency and productivity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including marketing, operations, and business development, to ensure smooth execution of internal and external projects.
- Training and Professional Development: Participate in internal training sessions, gaining exposure to business consulting practices, project management tools, and client engagement strategies. Comprehensive training will be provided.
