Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours (hybrid)



Job Description

Meeting & Event Coordination:
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, handle logistics, and distribute materials.
Track action items and ensure deadlines are met.
Help plan and organize workshops and training events.
Budget Support:
Assist with monitoring expenses and budget tracking.
Process invoices and claims.
Prepare simple budget reports.
Administrative Support:
Assist with data entry and basic data cleaning.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.



Job Requirements

Only Singaporean need to apply.
Diploma in Business administration, finance, healthcare administration or related disciplines.
Experience in secretarial, budget management or administrative roles is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills!
