Liaising with suppliers and service providers to maintain a smooth supply chain and ensure timely delivery and maintenance of pro shop inventory.
Preparing regular reports for the CEO, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying areas for improvement.
Assisting the marketing agency by providing materials for social media platforms, contributing to content creation, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and building positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

A degree in business administration (MBA) or a specialized degree in sports management is essential.
Previous experience in the sports industry, particularly tennis
Experience in managing operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory management.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including hiring, training, and motivating staff.
Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control, managing operational budgets and making informed decisions.
Effective communication with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as inventory management, CRM, and financial software.
Understanding of tennis rules, regulations, equipment, and industry trends.
