  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We aim to empower such individuals who face a higher barrier to employment opportunities due to circumstances beyond their control to gain self-sufficiency in the long term.

We are looking for an experienced and self-starting Part-Time Accountant who can support our finance and administration functions.

1) Book-keeping

  • Data entry of all vendor & supplier bills and payment details to Xero
  • Reconciling with bank statements

2) Accounts Receivables & Payanles

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable functions, including reconciling with point-of-sales / e-commerce systems
  • Assist with Account Payable functions, including vendor payments, payroll, staff claims and petty cash

3) Monthly Accounting

  • Review monthly accounting and prepare bank reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Prepare month-end balance sheet schedules
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management

3) Year-end closing of accounts

  • Prepare un-audited annual financial statements
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with external parties such as tax agents and corporate secretarial agents where required

4) Income tax preparation

  • Preparation of tax computation
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance and tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal

Requirements

- Singaporean / Singapore PR only

- Minimum 5 years professional accounting services

- Proficiency in Xero software

Flexible working hours

  • Total of 10 hours per week
  • Option to work remotely for half of the weekly hours. Minimum 5 hours work in office - option to work out of either Kreta Ayer or Duo Galleria outlets
  • Entitled to staff meal allowances during work hours
