Ensure smooth and efficient handling of documentation and data entry to support the completion of customer onboarding process.
Track daily sales applications and closures, generating reports for managerial review.
Conduct screening checks and ensure processes are compliant with Group's standards and control.
Deliver overall administrative assistance to support operational efficiency.
The Talent
Minimally 2-3 years' experience in a support role.
Proactive, energetic and meticulous. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Perform well under pressure
Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel etc).
