Job Description:
Be an ambassador in the Boutique to welcome, advise, and guide a clientele loyal to up-market products in compliance with the quality standards defined in the service offering.
Create a delightful customer experience by ensuring that the boutique's appearance is in accordance with company policy (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented), ensuring that the display are filled daily.
Welcome the Boutique clientele, identify their needs, and advise both prospects and members on products and services.
You are part of the team ensuring boutique operations excellence, including compliance with the correct opening/closing procedures and payment processes based on defined procedures.
Actively contribute to achieving individual and boutique targets.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales
Candidates without prior experience may be considered for an entry level position
Excellent proficiency in English is essential.
Experience working with high-end/luxury/premium FMCG or retail brands is an added advantage.
Must have a strong work ethic, integrity, and total honesty (transparency and trust).
