Mon - Fri, 830am - 6pm
6 months contract (extendable)
Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely and accurate HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing
Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met
Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered accordingly
Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency
Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource or a business-related field
Open to entry-level applicants, with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
Ability to manage high-volume tasks and maintain data confidentiality
Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Excel for handling large datasets
Organized, meticulous, and proactive in work approach
