  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure the coffeeshop runs efficiently.
Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring all protocols are followed.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Lead and supervise a team of coffeeshop assistants.
Create and manage staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage.
Train new employees on coffeeshop policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
Uphold high standards for cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a café or food service environment.
Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
