SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER (IN-HOUSE)

North Link (MCST 2757) is a Management Corporation of an industrial building locates at the North of Singapore. North Link has a team of In-House Security Officer, Technician and Accountant. Its duty to manage, maintain and administrate the common property of the estate.

Currently, we have job opportunity for In-House Senior Security Officer and this position is part time & permanent employment type.

Job Description

  • Deliver required security service based on Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.

  • Patrolling and security checks

  • Manning of Fire Command Centre and Guard House

  • Advise the unit occupier to remove their items from the common property

  • Manage unauthorised vehicle parking

  • Self-initiative providing security services

  • Other security officer duties not limited to the above

Requirements

  • Valid security licence by PLRD

  • RTT trained

  • Min 1-year relevant experience as a senior security officer

  • Able to work in a team

  • Permanent Day 8.00pm to 8.00am (welcome for part-timer)

Benefits

  • Gross Salary up to $3,300
