Responsibility
• Manage multiple clients projects in e-commerce, retail and omnichannel marketplace, leading and assisting client in the end-to-end project implementation, business users expectations, stakeholders management, project scope, timeline and budget.
• Able to manage and lead to guide client project into maintenance & support into daily operation needs.
• Support and overview the implementation of projects from requirement discovery to testing and production deployment to Live system.
• Working well with several project teams in different project implementation.
• Define and manage Work Breakdown (WBS) according to project schedules and work activities using project implementation methodology (AGILE, WATERFALL or HYBRID in general)
• Understand the context, and the retail constraints and propose relevance solutions to meet the requirements. Ability to see a clear important of the issue or requirements.
• Identify potential project risks and its implication for the organization and recommend mitigating measures and workable workarounds.
• Prepare, lead and ensure follow-up of project and steering committees (dashboards, reports, action plan, timeline, budget follow-up)
• Coordinate releases and post-Go-Live materials (e.g training documentation, training sessions)
• Organize the handover of a project to the support manager and support team into system operations.
• Work with internal and external Stakeholders in group, region and local levels.
• Able to manage Third party vendor which involve and contribute in project implementation and integration.
Profile
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Information System or Computer Science
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of Program/Project Management experience
• Offline (In-Store) + Online (Ecommerce) project management skills and experiences
• Have good knowledge of the e-commerce technologies and platform, integration to omnichannel marketplace to make adequate direction, leader decisions and propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices
• Multiple project management and team management experience
• Experience working in complex environments and with different stakeholders and business users.
• Able to work both in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI...), Scrum PSPO or PSM certification is an advantage
