Responsibilities -

• Partnership and Sponsorship Management:

• Identify, qualify, and manage leads.

• Maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

• Support to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations for clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

• Market Research & Insight Development:

• Collaborate with the BD Manager to implement strategies aimed at meeting sales and revenue targets.

• Managing partnership, ensuring prompt follow-ups and effective communication.

• Track sales performance and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Handle extended portfolio/verticals of clients, partners and key clients.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, helping to address their inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

• Assist in managing client expectations, resolving problems, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Corporate Communications:

• Coordinate with external PR agencies to input relevant contents to website

• Collaboration with inter-departments:

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support the execution of business development strategies.

• Provide insights and feedback from clients and market research to help refine product offerings and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure proper communication and collaboration between departments for seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

• Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.

• Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.

Requirements -

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing & communication and market research

• Hands-on experience in BD or project execution

• Experience in managing projects from planning to execution

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Strong in spoken & written English
