Responsibilities
Organize and oversee daily business operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, including contractual, regulatory, and company SOPs.
Monitor and ensure preventive maintenance of the food court / coffeeshop is conducted according to the approved plan.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stall tenants, addressing complaints, inquiries, and resolving daily issues.
Enforce company policies and SOPs effectively.
Collaborate with government regulatory bodies, landlords, and third-party service providers.
Achieve KPIs within specified timeframes.
Execute advertising and promotion (A&P) activities.
Manage the POS system and accurately record daily sales.
Plan and implement staff scheduling.
Provide supervision and training to staff on food handling and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with SFA standards.
Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, health, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines throughout the property.
Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inspection of goods and supplies.
Availability to work shifts, six days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of an 'O' Level; higher education is preferred.
Candidates with connections to food stall tenants are preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Strong leadership qualities, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in coffee-making is a plus.
