Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our Hotel infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of our facilities.
Responsibilities
To do basic preventive maintenance and repair work for the building and equipment.
Provide support on AV system for events / functions.
Perform equipment installation and refurbishment.
To do equipment checklist and recording of routine checks.
Coordinate work order with other departments.
Attend to emergency, fire alarm, flooding and electrical failure.
Monitor and check on external M&E contractors’ repair work and servicing.
Comply to safety rules and regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
To do other assigned duties
Requirements:
Familiar with hotel building / facilities maintenance
6 working days (Rotational Off days)
Shift work (7.00am-3.00pm / 3.00pm-11.00pm / 11.00pm-7.00am)
