We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Permanent Part Time Operations Specialist!
Work Schedule:
- Wednesdays to Sundays
- 5pm to 10pm (subjected to changes depending on requirements)
- Saturdays and Sundays work from home.
- Payment: $12/hr
Responsibilities:
- Managing and following up on daily deployment of manpower to client site.
- Activating contingency plan as required.
- To be involve in the hiring of new joiners and prepare them for onboarding.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate records in data entry and track recruitment metrics.
- Manage Client requirements as necessary.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level or above
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
