Roles & Responsibilities

The Outlet Supervisor oversees the team’s compliance to customer service, product quality, food hygiene and safety standards. To improve outlet performance, he/she supports in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. He should be meticulous and resourceful, with the mental toughness to work in high-pressure situations and the diplomacy and resolve to manage difficulties.

DUTIES

  • Must possess good sound product knowledge of the specialty tea beverage industry.

  • Understands the company business priorities, products and services.

  • Clearly understands how their own role and the role of others impact internal and external customers.

  • Work in line with business requirements in a flexible and optimistic manner.

  • Assign responsibilities, allocate resources and co-ordinate the activities of yourself and others to meet objectives effectively and efficiently.

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a high level of service, consistently for all customers.

  • Handle administration duties include stock ordering, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments.

  • Maintain good health habits and clean appearance.

  • Ensure staff are competent in all areas of F&B/Outlet Operations.

  • Prepare training programs for new employees and allocate sufficient time for their implementation

  • Perform performance audits for all new employees.

  • Plan staff scheduling based on operational requirements.

  • Monitor and maintain a healthy inventory level in the outlet.

  • Implement and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Inspect the set-up of both the Front Of House (incl. Seating Area) and Back Of House.

  • Monitor the execution of initiatives under customer loyalty strategies.

  • Perform audit on staff compliance with the organization’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.

  • Perform audit on staff compliance to the organization’s food waste management Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Suggest areas for continuous improvement within the team.

  • Implement continuous improvement activities within the team.
