  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Model Creation: Visit site for on-site measurement to prepare CSD and to develop detailed 3D models using BIM software, namely Revit;

  • Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate designs;

  • Documentation: Produce construction documents, drawings, and specifications from the BIM model for multi disciplines/ trades;

  • Coordination: Check for clashes and coordinating various disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical) within the model;

  • Data Management: Manage and update project data throughout the lifecycle of the building.

Person Specification

  • Certificate or Diploma in architecture, engineering, or other related courses;

  • Proficient in BIM software (namely Revit) and methodologies;

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience handling projects in Healthcare and Laboratory; using BIM software and tools;

  • Ability to create precise and accurate models with strong attention to details in identifying and resolving design issues;

  • Articulate; able to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and all stakeholders.

  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
