Sandbox Studio offers commercial and specialized interior design and styling to a regional client base, particularly in Commercial, Medical, Laboratory Industry. The team works also works with government agencies, architectural and engineering firms, research facilities as well as private companies throughout Asia. We provide a wide range solution of design and space planning, optimization of medical, scientific and research workflow, guidance on safety and regulatory standards as well as setting up of cost effective and sustainable medical, commercial and laboratory complexes. Sandbox Studio also undertakes modular prefabricated systems constructions, bespoke commercial projects and workspaces fitting outs.

Job Description
Model Creation: Visit site for on-site measurement to prepare CSD and to develop detailed 3D models using BIM software, namely Revit;
Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate designs;
Documentation: Produce construction documents, drawings, and specifications from the BIM model for multi disciplines/ trades;
Coordination: Check for clashes and coordinating various disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical) within the model;
Data Management: Manage and update project data throughout the lifecycle of the building.
Person Specification
Certificate or Diploma in architecture, engineering, or other related courses;
Proficient in BIM software (namely Revit) and methodologies;
At least 1-2 years of working experience handling projects in Healthcare and Laboratory; using BIM software and tools;
Ability to create precise and accurate models with strong attention to details in identifying and resolving design issues;
Articulate; able to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and all stakeholders.
