  • Inspecting and repairing suspension systems designed for heavy loads.
  • Servicing axles and driveline components like U-joints, differentials, and driveshafts.
  • Ensuring compatibility and functionality of the trailer with the prime mover:Inspecting and maintaining fifth wheels or towing hitches.
    Testing and repairing trailer electrical and braking connections.
  • Servicing radiators, cooling fans, thermostats, and hoses.
  • Flushing and replacing coolants to prevent overheating.
  • Minor welding repairs on frames, exhaust systems, and brackets.
  • Custom fabrication as needed for load-specific configurations.
  • Conducting inspections to ensure prime movers meet regulatory standards (e.g., emissions, braking efficiency).
  • Preparing vehicles for safety certifications and audits.
