Responsibilities:

Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Liaise with external parties (e.g., recruitment agencies, government authorities and educational institutions).

Prepare briefings, presentations, and documentation as required.

Maintain and organize employee records and digital files.

Manage and update employee systems and internal publications.

Assist in employee engagement activities and training programs.

Handle HR-related queries and provide timely support.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.



Job Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

Good command of written and spoken English

Good command of spoken Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office tools

Excellent organization, problem-solving and inter-personal skills

Self-motivated, proactive and committed

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Food and Beverage experience an added advantage
