Job Description
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of a warehouse facility. They are responsible for ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Executive plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and organized working environment while meeting productivity targets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, including proper documentation and recording of inventory transactions.
-Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including implementing and enforcing safety protocols and guidelines.
-Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage racks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the organizational requirements and expectations
- In charges of daily operational purchasing needs such a planning, issuing and following up on delivery order and shipment schedules
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations
Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- 2- 3 years in warehouse operations or related experience.
