Job Details:
- Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + VB
- Working days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)
- Weekdays: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
- Location: Gul Circle
Job Scope:
Strive to achieve and maintain total customer satisfaction through.
Maintaining a good rapport, communication and interaction with customers.
Coordinating all outbound and inbound activities with the sources and follow up with necessary documentation.
Ensuring on-time delivery to customer is met by working with 3PL/warehouse and make timely booking for shipment.
Providing full set of shipping documents and ensuring timely invoicing to customer.
Prepare full set of shipment documents to customs clearance.
Support Order fulfilment closure on a monthly basis.
Handle day to day customer inquiries regarding shipments, booking for exports and local delivery independently.
Work involving more complex products/technical knowledge or out of norm Supply Chain processes, or Fulfillment, requires assistance from Customer Service team members or Supervisor/Manager.
Any other related responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time where appropriate.
