Job Scope:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Assist in resolving customer issues by liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Support the team in handling daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
Provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed to address customer-related queries.

Requirements:

Preferably O/N Levels, Diploma in any discipline, GCE ‘A’ Level, or NITEC qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior customer service experience will be a plus.
