  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description:

Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account

Hand on experience in handling AR & AP

Perform accounts payable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs

Reconciling supplier statement and following up on differences

Prepare payment listing and ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and timely updates to the system

Handle petty cash and expenses claim reimbursements

Bank account reconciliation

Assist in outlets daily sales & receipts reconciliation to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

Filing documents

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned



Requirement:

LCCI, Degree or Diploma in Accountancy

Partial AP/AR experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience

Prior Experience in F&B environment will be an advantage

Good team player with positive work attitude, interpersonal and communications skills

The willingness and attitude in learning beyond the books

Able to meet deadlines and work under tight schedules

Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
