The Opportunity:
Our Client, MNC Air-conditioning company
Location: Jurong East
Basic Salary: Up to $2,800
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling technician work schedules for dispatching service orders through designated systems assigned by the coordination team.
Coordinating with customers on service delivery dates, including managing all required documentation for repair and maintenance contracts.
Arranging logistics for field services, including issuing parts to field staff or subcontractors and organizing delivery of necessary equipment or parts.
Collecting service reports from the field team and managing payment collections from customers.
Coordinating customer payment receipts with the finance team for verification.
Drafting and sending standard quotations to customers, as prepared by the sales team.
Supporting field staff with any required assistance.
Job Requirements:
call center or service coordinator experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for processing documents.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
