The Car Showroom Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. The role involves greeting customers, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and ensuring a well-organized showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting:
Welcome customers and visitors warmly.
Provide information about vehicles and promotions.
Phone and Email Handling:

Schedule test drives and service appointments.
Appointment Coordination:
Manage appointments for test drives, services, and consultations.
Administrative Support:
Handle clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
Customer Service:
Address customer queries and concerns.
Assist with paperwork for vehicle purchases and services.
Visitor Management:
Maintain visitor logs and direct guests to appropriate staff.
Sales Support:
Assist sales staff by preparing customer information and inventory records.
Showroom Maintenance:
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Report maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent); certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (automotive or retail preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Organized and able to multitask effectively.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology is an advantage.
This role requires a balance of customer service skills, organizational ability, and a positive attitude to ensure a seamless showroom experience.
