Job Responsibilities:
Assist with work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc
Reimbursement of all claims from Government online portal.
Assist with recruitment and on-board processing and staff training
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and housekeeping
Liaises with government in all related matters (MOM, LTA, IRAS, NEA and etc)
Handle and follow up of insurance claim/renewals/ card issuance
Maintain proper insurance records and renewal for office, workmen, medical and vehicle insurance policy
Provide clerical and administrative support as assigned by superiors
Job Requirement:
Prior experience in HR admin support in fast moving environment is advantegous
Good interpersonal skills.
