Location: West (Gul Crescent)
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person
Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials
Provide support on conceptualizing, planning and executing of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Assist with all event activities (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions – event budget, liaising with vendors, handling, registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
Social media management, review and assist to maximize brand experience and engagement
Explore opportunities with different e-commence platforms and partners for collaboration
Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos
Job Requirement:
Prior marketing support experience will be advantageous.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings
