Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring buildings’ operation
  • Carry out general maintenance of building like simple electrical, mechanical and plumbing work
  • Plan Schedule of preventive maintenance works, and cleaning works
  • Liaise with technicians and contractors to ensure proper maintenance of building
  • Monitor schedule and work progress
  • Process and attend to work order requests, complaints of building service disruptions
  • Provide a broad range of administrative support including; documentation and maintaining up to date suppliers/ work progress/ maintenance and servicing schedule lists

Requirements:

  • Professional Cert/ NiTEC
  • Min. of 5 years relevant experience
  • A hands-on person and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and resourceful
  • Only Singaporeans
