Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounts Administrator to manage financial records, support administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations. Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers in Xero.
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and supplier accounts.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and issue invoices.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Payroll & HR Support:
Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records related to salaries, leave, and claims.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle general office administration and maintain documentation.
Manage communications with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure timely submission of GST filings and statutory reports.
Monitor and update company policies related to finance and admin.
Ad Hoc Support:
Assist the team with additional projects or tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Xero accounting software (mandatory).
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with payroll systems and statutory filings in Singapore
