Export Customer Service Coordinator
Attending to local and overseas customer’s inquiries pertaining to rates and investigating queries and complaints (eg cargo damage, short shipment).
Inform changes in shipping info to customers (change of vessels/departure date etc).
Weekly preparation of flyers for weak ports.
Liaise with other departments closely for documentation.
