Purpose of the role
Responsible for supporting the department with various credit administration activities including registering of the credit limits into the Bank’s Host System, performing credit limit control and due date control. Follow-up with Marketing Relationship Officers/Managers on credit limit breach, credit review overdue and etc. Preparing control reports to Front office, Management and Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with Credit Control Departments and Relationship Managers to ensure the credit reviews and rating reviews are reviewed and approved in a timely manner
Follow up closely with RMs on credit registrations and also monitoring the rectification of any limit breach or overdue cases
Conduct timely registration of credit and market risk limit into the Host System.
Assist in the preparation of timely due date control reports on credit reviews and borrower rating reviews.
Daily monitoring of customer’s credit limit breaches and overdue credit and follow-up with RMs closely.
Preparation of daily and monthly control reports to Front office, Management and Head Office
Job Requirements:
Degree qualified
No minimum experience required
Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good Team player
Careful and meticulous
Good problem-solving skills
