Job Responsibilities :
As the Manager, People Experience Operations, you will oversee HR operations for Singapore (Razer HQ) and smaller APAC locations. This role is part of the larger Global People Experience Operations team, which designs and implements the global HR operations framework and processes for Razer. Reporting to the Global Head of People Experience Operations, you will ensure the effective delivery of people-related operational services, collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and local HR teams to meet compliance, employee relations, payroll, and records management needs.This hands-on role involves close collaboration with teams across Team Razer, engagement with external organizations for best practices, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive Razer’s people and culture plans. - Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and offboarding, ensuring high-quality HR services across Singapore and APAC.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, legal, and finance teams, to align HR operations with business needs.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of HR technology to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex HR issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and data protection requirements, maintaining secure and accurate employee records.
- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives for the Singapore office to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Support the development and deployment of global employee engagement and culture programs, ensuring alignment with Razer’s values and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of People Experience Operations to implement the global HR operations framework and gather feedback to refine processes and systems.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the HR function and broader organizational goals
Pre-Requisites :
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services management experience in a global organization.
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with employees of all levels
- Strong project management with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience managing a team of HR professionals
- Passion for gaming and the gaming industry is a plus
