JOB PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION
a) Manage and supervise a team of operational staff to meet the KPIs.
b) Planning and scheduling of manpower to ensure adequate staff are deployed.
c) Key liaison person with client on service level and performance standards.
d) Preparation and submission of operational reports and statistics.
e) Conduct operations audit to improve processes and productivity.
f) Car park incident investigation and enforcement action.
g) Any other duties or task as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
a) Qualifications
i. Minimum “O” Levels and above.
ii. At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
iii. Class 2/3 license with own transport.
b) Experience/Skill/Knowledge/Competencies
i. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
ii. Strong supervisory and planning skill.
iii. Committed and pro-active working attitude.
iv. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
v. Meticulous attention to detail.
vi. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
vii. Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
