We are looking for Student Care Centre Supervisor to join our expanding Ace Team!
Location: Hougang
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9 hours shift (10 am to 7 pm)
Main Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the leadership, management and delivery of quality student care centre and that the daily operations, financial, human resource and management of the centre are carried out effectively.
Work within the centre's policies, philosophy and procedures.
Supervise and provide leadership.
Provide care and supervise a class of primary school students in an after-school care setting
Guide primary school students' (P1 - 6) in their schoolwork in at least two subjects (English/ Maths/ Science)
Liaise with the school and parents regarding students’ progress and behaviour
Plan and deliver activities for students' (e.g., art and craft, character building, holiday excursions)
Requirements/ qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Education or equivalent.
Obtained WSQ Introductory Student Care Certificates (Requirement)
Obtained Diploma in Care and Programme (Preferably)
