The Executive Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, ensures the smooth operation of daily activities, and acts as a trusted liaison. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are completed.
Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and presentations.
Screen and prioritize incoming communication (emails, calls, and messages).
Travel and Logistics
Plan and organize complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and transport for the CEO
Relationship Management
Act as the point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships on behalf of the CEO.
Project and Task Management
Assist in managing special projects, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights to aid decision-making.
Personal Support
Manage personal tasks, including family logistics, personal appointments, and other non-business-related activities.
Oversee personal purchases, property management, and other ad hoc duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience as a Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. must be able to communicate in Mandarin with China teams.
Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
