Responsibilities:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
AP data entry into accounting system
Prepare and maintain filing of invoices and other documents
Perform other general accounting duties as assigned by the management
HR & ADMIN
Assist in answering phone calls
Manage company vehicles, machine/equipment, and general maintenance of premises
Handle day-to-day administrative work e.g. stationery ordering
Support various departments in data entry and maintaining records in company system and/or Excel
Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Ensure that staff information such as address and phone numbers are up to date
Monitor and arrange for training courses for staff as required; update of training records
Prepare attendance, overtime, and other HR related reports
Assist in application of WP
Other miscellaneous HR administrative work
Requirements:
Good organisational skill
Computer-literate; able to use Microsoft Word/Excel and email
Able to work in a team
Able to work within deadlines
Detail-oriented, patient, and have strong sense of responsibility

Job type: Permanent, full-time
Monday – Friday, 8.15am to 5.45pm (negotiable)
Company location: 5 Kian Teck Way, Singapore 628733 (within walking distance of Pioneer MRT station)
Pay: from $2500 (depending on previous experience)
