Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
Reconcile statements and assist with month-end close
Support admin dept to prepare quotations as needed

Requirements:

Efficient and Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven experience as an account /admin assistant or similar role
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Quickbook accounting software an added advantage
