Job Summary:

Build and sustain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to management.
Recommend improvements to promotional strategies based on data and insights.
Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s values and ethos.
Qualifications:
For Promoter:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in promotions or sales is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
For Senior Promoter:
Minimum of [2-3 years] experience in promotions or sales.
Leadership skills with a proven track record in team management.
Analytical mindset to evaluate and enhance campaign performance.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
