Ensure drivers/external companies comply within AVA licensing (adhering to the Singapore food agencies requirements under Singapore Food Agency License (Sale of Food Act (SOFA) and Environmental Public Health Act (EPHA))
Ensure all practices are HACCP compliant
Sales
Work directly with high-profile wholesale customers to grow both revenue and the brand of Starter Lab
Team Culture
Act as the central contact for clear and excellent communication between departments
Rally and create ideas, activities, collaborations, events for team bonding working within budget
Systems
Assess and introduce improvements to existing systems and workflow
Make suggestions, research and implement new, more efficient systems
Other
Cross-check wholesale orders and quality control of all products
Develop procedures for customer complaints, lost items and damages to products
