What a System Interaction Engineer does in HP:
- Partner with the R&D, NPI and Manufacturing teams for both Supplies and Printer organizations to deliver on program deliverables.
- Define and design System Interaction testing to evaluate product performance and programs intent of meeting or exceeding customer experience.
- Collaborate with Supplies Quality team to analyze defects, understand root cause and define solutions to improve product quality.
- Automate and digitize current Test Flow for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Individuals who will do well in this role usually possess:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Typically, 0-3 years’ experience.
- Software development, python coding and RPA experience.
- Strong technical engineering leadership and capabilities
