Roles and Responsibilities (We will give more details during the interview!)
Attend compulsory briefings and recce (before camp)
Conduct activities with proper demonstrations and facilitation
Debrief activities with the expected learning outcome or/and capture good teachable moments
Do housekeeping of campsite/area and make sure logistics are neat and tidied up daily before lights out/ end day
Must be prepared to make on the spot changes depending on the needs and requirements of clients
Lastly, have fun with peers and clients!
️ OUR REQUIREMENTS
18 years old and above
Physically fit to participate in outdoor activities such as hiking expedition, kayaking, outdoor cooking, tent pitching, etc.
Mentally fit to work with children and youths of up to 20 pax at a time
Registered with MOE IRS (It takes 6-8 weeks for approval so sign up fast. We will guide you in registering)
Standard First Aid certified (You can take it with us at a subsidised rate!)
Stay in for overnight camps for up to 3 days and 2 nights
Professional, Good Team Player and Positive Thinking
