As the Regional Concept Merchandiser, you will set the strategy and drive the selling of your concept throughout APAC region. You are responsible for allocation and replenishment of the concept and elevate sustainable growth in stores.
The Regional Concept Merchandiser reports to the Head of Merchandising APAC in Singapore.
What you will do:
- Set and drive an assortment strategy that creates sales net growth for the APAC markets.
- Co-create with the Buying/VM/Marketing Team on selling potentials, as well as opportunities and threats.
- Provide constant and structured feedback to buying office in London to secure relevant assortment for the region based on market tendency, competitor analysis, fashion level.
- Participate in quarterly buying and ranking meetings for the region to optimize assortment strategy.
- Drive selling and profit for the region through securing a strong regional commercial plan to drive your merchandising strategy.
- Establish and drive the commercial priority of key products, garment groups, and beliefs towards the Market Merchandiser.
- Travel within the region to identify selling potentials with local teams.
