Responsibilities:-
- Support the management and delivery of SG Cares programme-funded initiatives, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Oversee operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance to maintain the integrity and impact of volunteer-led programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and volunteers, using various engagement platforms. Lead the planning and execution of volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a positive, motivated volunteer base.
- Assess and plan for the charity’s volunteer manpower needs, identifying required skills and competencies. Ensure volunteers are equipped with the necessary training and resources to fulfil their roles effectively.
- Identify and cultivate potential sources of volunteers, managing volunteer enquiries and addressing feedback to ensure a seamless, supportive volunteer experience.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach programmes and activities to recruit new volunteers, raise awareness, and expand the charity’s volunteer network, ensuring alignment with the charity's mission and operational goals.
Requirements: -
- Minimum Diploma in social work or its equivalent.
- Experience in the social service sector will be an advantage.
- Passionate to work and interact with seniors in the community.
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to manage and motivate a pool of volunteers.
