Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Building Services Consultancy & Project Site Management (Design & Build)
- Assist in projects management, planning and the design of electrical building systems
- Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
- Assist in project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination
- Conduct analysis and selection of systems; evaluate project budgets
- Assist to complete design documents & technical specifications
- Work coordination with other disciplinary teams including Architectural, Mechanical and Civil & Structural
- Assist in e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submission
- Contract and construction management
- TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project if required
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Possess positive learning attitude and good interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate on work processes on a multi-disciplinary basis.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
