Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
    Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports.
    Negotiate and close deals with potential and existing clients.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
    Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
    Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions to strengthen relationships.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies and deliver exceptional service.
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  4. Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
    Provide insights and suggestions to improve products/services and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
    Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or commerce or economic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
