F&B Service Ambassador (Italian Restaurant)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated F&B Service Ambassadors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and a desire to create a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all orders are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation and packaging for take-out orders as needed.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to Halal food handling and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
