Junior Event Executive
Role & Responsibilities:
· Assist lead with event planning, management and execution, stakeholders/clients servicing and management
· Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
· Manage aspects of events not limiting to:
- Manage sponsorship requirements and liaison
- Oversee event collateral design and production
- Logistics and manpower management
- Hospitality management, create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
· Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
· Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
· Understands and willing to work beyond regular office hours when the work calls for it
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management. Fresh grads may be considered!
· Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
· Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Other skills in graphic or spatial design is a bonus.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
· Digitally savvy, good number sense and good spatial ability
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Adaptable and can react to changes readily
· Meticulous and generally enjoys attention to detail
· Claims great ownership with a calm demeanour
· Brings good energy, is a team player!
