Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales target and driving Sales through plan, implement, launch and monitor Sales and marketing initiatives such as product campaign, business etc. Manage and coordinate with cross functional teams and HQ product team to implement effective sales and marketing initiative that includes implementing online promotions and campaigns, marketing materials (banners, flyers, catalogues, videos, tutorials in both languages, if required).
- Overall in charge of three corporate-hosted events locally. Responsibilities include budget preparation, ticket sales preparation, agenda development, speaker invitation coordination, rehearsals, PowerPoint preparation, production coordination, event marketing material and achieving ticket sales KPIs
- Support Global Meeting and Training Seminar System and ensure all necessary GMTSS training is scheduled and generate and implement suggestion improve GMTSS participation.
- Overall in charge and responsible on achieving MUFO action plan program and responsible for preparing and reviewing presentations/documentation related to the program. Coordinating, managing, and hosting the MUFO Program quarterly and work with the field to increase participation and achieve KPIs in sales.
- Responsible for managing all company sales tools and marketing websites and social media platforms related to business, including the Unfranchise Marketing App, and ensuring timely updates on business-related information. Working closely with creative services, sales & product team to create, update content and publish the web/app content (web banner, landing pages, product placement etc) and to align with any new product launches, campaign, and marketing calendar.
- In charge of all related activities with webcentre solution and ISM (Internet Sales and Marketing).
- Motivate, Support and maintain strong relationships with our key distributors and ensure timely recognition to drive sales and recruitment.
- Support field development Director on special projects and involve other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Product Marketing or related field
- At least one to two years of experience in direct sales and/or digital marketing experience.
- Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior position based on education level and working experience
- Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability
- Understanding of market trends and consumer buying behaviour towards online shopping
- Strong communication and project management skills; able to lead internal teams and stakeholders through full project lifecycles
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, creative and self-motivated individual
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) and knowledge in HTML, Photoshop, CMS systems, Web Analytics is a plus
- Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to support events
