Main Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership:
• Provide expert technical guidance and oversight for the development and maintenance of payment systems and products.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues affecting system performance and stability.
2. Project Management:
• Manage and execute technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
3. Product Development:
• Drive the innovation and development of new payment products and features, ensuring they meet market demands and technical requirements.
• Continuously improve existing products through technical enhancements and optimizations.
4. Operational Support:
• Oversee the daily operational support for payment systems, including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Manage system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
5. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all products and systems meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement testing strategies.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all products and systems are compliant with relevant laws and certifications.
7. Technical Strategy:
• Develop and implement technical strategies that support the company’s long-term business goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in payment systems, with a focus on card payments, e-commerce, or mobile payments.
2. Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of payment technologies, systems, and related financial services.
• Proven experience in system development, business requirement analysis, and IT project coordination.
3. Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Personal Attributes:
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.
• Adaptable, with a proven ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.

5. Travel:
• Regular travel within Southeast Asia and to the China HQ may be required for business needs.
