Your new role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition) to join their team. As a key member of the HR team, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, lead and mentor a young recruitment team, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and management
- Technical hiring experience in the IT industry/System-Integrator environment is preferable
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Strong organisational and project management skills
