  • We are looking for a Performance Media Manager
  • The role will start out as a contract

The Talent
  • 5-8 years relevant direct response media experience, ideally managing app campaigns
  • Client-side and agency experience, handling large-scale, complex campaigns. Very familiar with mainstream Ads products, Social media, measurement products like Firebase and local and regional publishers in APAC
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights
  • Superb program management skills with utmost attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders
Job Description
  • Help plan, execute, measure and optimize Direct Response campaigns for multiple APAC programs, in partnership with the media agency
  • Contribute to and drive the regional learning agenda forward to improve short and long term program performance
  • Support regional and global workstream projects that unlock advanced measurement and experimentation capabilities across direct response campaigns
  • Function as a co-lead for direct response campaign in APAC.
  • Directly oversee the APAC Direct Response campaigns, working closely with internal team and the agency to maximize revenue returns.
  • Build and share data - driven POVs on optimizing campaign performance, proactively uncover opportunities to improve efficiency across different aspects of the campaign
  • Showcase exemplary project management skills to achieve milestones across various workstreams (including liaising stakeholders, organizing team roadshows, delivering presentations, etc.)
